“ I want to thank you for doing such a great job with my patient;
his labs have improved tremendously! “
Dr. Jack Kripsak, Director of Sports Medicine, Bridgewater Medical Group
At Solaris Whole Health, we consider ourselves part of a team of practitioners dedicated to supporting our clients’ long-term optimum health. Our on-staff nurse conducts follow-up exams and monitors each client’s progress in making nutrition and lifestyle changes. We regularly collaborate with doctors, therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, life coaches and other health care professionals to address the multi-dimensional needs of our clients.
Here are the steps we take to build partnerships with other practitioners:
1. After the Initial Consultation, we contact our client’s primary care physician (with permission, of course) to let him or her know we’ll be working together on nutrition and lifestyle change.
Many of our clients on medication have found that their prescriptions need to be modified during the course of the program as they experience major health improvements. Being in touch with the doctors in advance helps this process happen more smoothly.
2. Sometimes our clients need additional health care support beyond what we can offer them in-house. In these cases, we have a number of highly trusted Preferred Health Partners we refer to regularly, many of whom offer discounts to Solaris clients.
3. We are honored that a number of doctors recommend their patients to us. Solaris Whole Health has been invited to speak with many doctors and doctors groups about nutrition and lifestyle change. We are committed to building connections between allopathic medicine, holistic practices and integrative nutrition.
If you think your doctor would be interested in referring patients to Solaris Whole Health, please have her or him contact us.
